Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of KitchenFix. By downloading, accessing, or using KitchenFix, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
KitchenFix uses user-provided images, ingredients, and preferences to provide recipe suggestions and cooking guidance. Results may be generated automatically and may not always be complete, accurate, or appropriate for every person.
2. Food and safety disclaimer
You are responsible for checking ingredient freshness, food allergies, dietary restrictions, cooking temperatures, appliance safety, and the suitability of all recipes. KitchenFix is not a medical, nutritional, or professional food-safety service. Do not rely on the app as a substitute for qualified medical or dietary advice.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Some or all features require a paid, automatically renewing subscription. The price and billing period are shown before purchase. Payment is charged through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, subject to Apple's applicable rules. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected portions of the app, use the service for unlawful purposes, or submit content that violates the rights of others.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited right to process that content solely to operate, secure, and improve KitchenFix.
6. Intellectual property
KitchenFix, its branding, interface, software, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms provide a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the app.
7. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent allowed by law, KitchenFix is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KitchenFix and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
10. Apple terms
For downloads through Apple's App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement may also apply. Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for KitchenFix except as required by law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
